Chris Unterstein is an executive search professional with more than 15 years of experience recruiting senior talent across the life sciences and technology sectors. After earning his MBA in 2008, he entered the workforce during one of the most challenging hiring markets in recent history. Rather than following a traditional career path, Chris leveraged the opportunity to build a career in executive search, developing specialized expertise in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, and technology-driven organizations.
